Website terms and conditions of use
By accessing this website, CronExpression, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you may not use this website or any of its content.
Conditions of use of our tools
CronExpression provides free, browser-based tools for building and explaining cron expressions (the "Tools"). The Tools run entirely in your browser; the expressions you enter are not transmitted to or received by us. You confirm that you have the legal right to use any content you enter into the Tools, and you accept that you use the output of the Tools at your own risk.
Disclaimer on the Tools' intended use
The Tools are provided as a convenience for developers. Schedules generated or explained by the Tools may differ from the behavior of your specific cron implementation (for example around day-of-month/day-of-week logic, time zones, or daylight saving transitions). Always verify a schedule in your own environment before relying on it. CronExpression will not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Tools. We are under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, or any guarantee of availability or uptime.
No warranties
This website is provided "AS IS" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. CronExpression makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on it, including that the website will be constantly available, or available at all, or that the information on it is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronExpression will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
- for any direct loss;
- for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or
- for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data (including missed, delayed, or duplicated scheduled jobs),
even if CronExpression has been advised of the potential loss.
Copyright and trademark notice
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this website — including its design, text, and code — are the property of CronExpression. Copyright © 2026. All rights reserved. You may use the Tools as they are intended to be used, but you may not reproduce, modify, republish, or redistribute material from this website without prior written permission. Cron expressions you create with the Builder are yours to use freely.
Other parties
You accept that CronExpression has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its operators and contributors. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against individual operators or contributors in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website. The limitations of liability set out above also protect our agents, contractors, and service providers.
Waiver and severability
If CronExpression does not exercise or enforce any right under these terms, that does not constitute a waiver of the right. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this website is established, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
